Community Action Partnership of North Alabama (The Partnership) is a leading non-profit partner organization in North Alabama that is committed to reducing or eliminating the causes and consequences of poverty. This is achieved through various programs administered by The Partnership for individuals and families with low incomes in our communities.
Children's Services
Early Head Start, Preschool Head Start, Pre-K, EHS Home Visiting, and First Teacher programs.
Energy Assistance
Low-income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
Foster Grandparents Program
For income-eligible adults 55 and older.

Homebuyer Education classes, Financial Capabilities, budget counseling, and more.

Low-income Weatherization Assistance Program (LIWAP) and Department of Energy programs for reducing energy consumption and improving health and safety for qualifying homeowners and renters.
