Our agency prides itself on it Financial Integrity and Operational Excellence.  Embedded in these corporate values is a commitment to serve our customers as our funders and partners expect.  We offer transparency to our communities, our partners, our funders, and others by providing easy access to our annual audits and 990 forms.

02. Form 990

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, Community Action Partnership of North Alabama is required to file a Form 990 (Return of Organization Exempt From Income Tax).  Click the header to access the agency’s most recent Form 990.

03. Asset Management

Our Asset Management team manages a portfolio of nearly 1,800 property units across the southeast.  They maintain high-quality properties through effective, ongoing monitoring and analysis of property performance, including fiscal and operating statement reviews, regular site visits, and discussions with the developers, general partners and property managers.

In the professional opinion of our auditors, based on their audits and the reports of other auditors, the consolidated financial statements referred to above present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of The Community Action Partnership of North Alabama, Inc. and subsidiaries as of December 31, 2018 and 2017, and the changes in their net assets and their cash flows for the years then ended in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.
