After months of limited or no income, many families in Cullman, Lawrence, and Morgan counties are finding themselves unable to pay their utility bills for the first time ever.  With our special CARES funds for utility assistance, get your family budget over the hump and into recovery mode so you can stop worrying about whether you will be able to keep the A/C running.
