What We Do
We are pleased to present our agency publications for an inside look into our programs, our partners, and our people. Our Annual Report, Community Needs and Resources Assessment, and Strategic Plan with our local Theory of Change are our reports to our stakeholders, both internal and external, and provide detailed outcomes information for each of our program areas.
Our Annual Report provides a snapshot of outcomes and results for each of our programs. We believe our programs succeed because of our solid partnerships, our highly-qualified staff, and our communities’ commitment to service.
Our triennial Community Needs and Resources Assessment presents a comprehensive look at the top needs in our service area. Extensive research and collaborations with community leaders help to identify the needs of our communities on multiple levels, allowing us the opportunity to better serve our customers and guide them to achieve self-sufficiency.
Our Strategic Plan provides agency guidance on how to best serve our communities based on the results of the Community Needs and Resources Assessment. Intentional collaboration and reflection help to shape the path of the agency to most effectively address the causes and consequences of poverty for individuals, families, and communities.
